Maintenance
Do a check of the blade guard.
Examine all hoses and hose clamps. Look for damage
where the hoses rub against other hoses or parts of the
product.
Clean the outer air filter.
Do a check of the protective covers and blade guards.
Drain water from the gearbox.
Do a check of the water supply to the cutting blade.
Drain the water separator for the fuel filter.
Replace the engine oil and engine oil filter.
Clean the radiator air filter.
Do a check of the V-belts.
Lubricate the front wheels.
Replace the hydraulic system filter.
Lubricate the pivot bearings of the front axle.
Examine the wheels and wheel hubs for damage and
make sure that they are installed correctly.
Examine the air filter hose and hose clamps.
Do a check of the hydraulic oil level.
Lubricate the blade shaft.
Lubricate the pivot on the hydraulic cylinder.
Lubricate the rear axle bearing.
Replace the hydraulic oil.
Replace the oil in the gearbox.
Replace the fuel filter.
Replace the radiator coolant.
Replace the air filters.
Do a check that the coolant mixture is correct. Refer to
Technical data on page 41 .
To clean the product
WARNING: Use protective glasses. When
you clean with a high-pressure washer, dirt
and harmful material can eject from the
product.

Let the product become cool before you clean it.

Make sure that the cover for the relay and fuse box
is correctly installed before you clean the product.
•
Do not clean electrical components with water.
•
Use a weak cleaning agent. Put on protective gloves
to prevent skin irritation.
•
Use a high-pressure washer to clean the product.
