Stel de voetsteun in

To set the Foot Rest,pull the yellow lever with
one hand and with the other to slide the Heel
piece up or down to achieve the required set-
ting, then releasethe yellow lever to lock it in
position.

Begin by setting the Foot RestHeel so the strap
crossesthe ball of your foot.
3.
Asyou gain familiarity with your Rower,you
may choose to raiseor lower the Foot Rest
Heela notch for reasonsof flexibility or general
comfort.
4.
Optimal setting permits the knee,lower leg and
ankleto be perpendicularto the floor at the
beginning position.

Lowering the Foot RestHeel permit more seat
carriage travel.
•
Raisingthe Foot RestHeel cuts down on leg
flexion.
De trekhaak plaatsen
1.
Plaats de trekhaak, voordat je begint aan de oefeningen,
in de trekhaakbeugels.
Afstellen van de console
1. Stel de console in hoogte zo af, zodat je het gemakkelijk af
kunt lezen. Zie bijgaande tekening.
