4.6 Start/Pause/Stop three-in-one button description : In standby mode, short press this button as the
start button, the treadmill starts counting down and enters running mode; in running mode, short
press this button as the pause button, the treadmill slows down and stops, and enters pause
mode; in pause mode, short press this button as the start button, the treadmill continues to run;
long press this button for more than 3 seconds as the stop button, the treadmill returns to standby
mode.
