the speed will change every (Time/ 10)*60 seconds. The speed can be adjusted by the speed
plus and minus keys and shortcut keys during running, but the program default value will be
restored at the next stage of the program. Each program changes 10 stages (see the fixed
program table for fixed program values). Press START to start, or press STOP to exit. Note: In
program mode, press STOP to exit and return to standby mode.
3.4 Sleep Mode: If no button is pressed within 10 minutes in standby mode, the device enters sleep
mode and all screens are turned off. You can wake it up by pressing any button and it will enter
standby mode after waking up.
3.5 Safe Mode: In case of emergency, pull down the safety clip and the treadmill will stop moving. The
speed window will display E0. Turn off the safety clip system and restart the machine.
3.6 Special function mode:
3.6.1
Metric and imperial switching function: Press " Start " and " Speed + " for 5 seconds at the
same time to switch the metric and imperial display. After the buzzer sounds, the speed
interface displays 0.6 , indicating that it has switched to imperial display. The speed interface
displays 1.0 , indicating that it has switched to metric display. After the switch is successful, it
returns to the standby interface.
3.6.2
What data needs to be saved in EEPROM: total steps, total distance, total time used by the
machine, enter engineering mode to query data: in standby state, unplug the safety lock,
press "speed +", insert the safety lock, press "speed +", switch to view the total steps, total
distance and total time.
3.6.3
Exit engineering mode: unplug the safety lock, insert the safety lock, and reset to normal
standby mode.
3.6.4
Restore factory settings in standby mode: In standby mode, press " Start " and " Speed - " at
the same time for 5 seconds . After the buzzer sounds, the interface displays "E E ", the E
EPROM data is cleared, the factory mode parameter settings are restored, and then the
machine returns to standby mode.
3.6.5
Lubricant oil adding reminder function: After every 300 km of running, when the machine is
powered on, it will remind you to add lubricant oil, the interface will display "OIL ", and the
buzzer will beep 5 times. At this time, you can press " any button " to cancel the reminder. The
next time you power on, it will remind you again. After that, it will remind you twice more at
600km and 900km .
3.6.6
Buzzer switch setting: In standby mode, press speed+ to turn on the buzzer, and press speed-
to turn off the buzzer; the buzzer status is not saved and will be restored to the default on
state when powered on.
3.7 Walking and running function switching :
3.7.1
Running mode: When the handrails are up , it is in running mode, and the speed range is
1.0~12.0 km /h; At this time, the armrest buttons and the remote control can be used at the
same time.
3.7.2
Walking mode: When the armrests are folded down , it is in walking mode, and the speed
range is 1.0~6.0 km /h; at this time, the armrest buttons are invalid and only the remote control
can be used.
3.7.3
Mode switching: The mode can be switched to walking or running mode only in standby mode,
and cannot be switched during running.
4. Remote control button operation instructions
4.4 Remote control buttons:
4.5 Remote control pairing function: In standby mode, press and hold the speed shortcut key " 3/6 "
for 3 seconds to enter the remote control pairing mode. In this mode, the electronic meter displays
"BLUE " , prompting the remote control pairing; at this time, press the remote control " speed + "
and " speed - " for 5 seconds at the same time, and the remote control sends the pairing code. If
the electronic meter interface displays "SUCCE " , it means that the pairing is successful; the
pairing time is set to 60 seconds. If the time exceeds 60 seconds and the pairing is not successful,
it will display "F AIL " to indicate that the pairing failed; in pairing mode, press any button to exit
Speed +, Speed -, P, M, Start/Pause/Stop.
