What should I do if the LED indicator of the product is
not lit during starting process (Boot phase)?
Check the USB cable connection between USB adapter (not
included) and the product. The USB cable must be firmly
connected.
Check the connection between the mains socket and the USB
adapter (not included).
Alternatively, the user must try another mains socket.
What should I do if the mobile device does not get
charging ?
Check that the mobile device have Qi wireless charging
technology.
Place the mobile device vertically on the support surface of the
charging surface or horizontally in the center support surface of
the charging area.
Check that no foreign object blocking the charging.
Check whether the mobile device is removed from a thick
protective cover.
What should I do if the LED indicator flashes red?
This indicates that there is a metal object on the Qi charging
surface.
Disconnect the USB connection immediately.
Check that no foreign object blocking the charging.
Let the product cool down for a while and try to use it again.
