Before using for the first time
Secure the safety handle firmly using the screws provided (figure). The safety handle not only protects
the machine it also allows excellent control of the machine during the mixing opteration. Moreover, the
safety handle is designed to make storage and pick-up easier. Do not operate the machine without the safety
handle.
Screw the mixer tool with the M 14 external thread into the mixer spindle (24 mm and 17 mm open end wrench,
if necessary). Be careful by using a different paddle dimension or shape as recommended a damage to the
machine may cause.
Connect the machine cable into the supply outlet, making sure that the power supply is 220/230 volt.
Start - up
To pick up the machine, always use the grip handle first.
The machine is started up by the ON/OFF switch. When this switch is released,
the machine will come to a stop. Always hold the machine firmly by gripping both grip
handles.
Increasing the pressure on the ON/OFF-switch, increases the tool rotation in the present range.
When mixing liquids, we recommend to start in the lower rpm range, to prevent "splashing". Use
the low rpm only at start and stop, to prevent possible overload of the motor.
Care and maintenance
Keep the machine and mixer tool clean.
The machine's internal components must be kept free of foreign bodies. When using the machine
always check, that the ventilation slots are not covered.
Special maintenance of the machine is not required, however wear parts (f.i. carbon brushes) should
be checked occassionally. Maintenance or repairs must be carried out only by authorized repair shops.
Use original spare parts only
