INSTRUCTIONS OF IGNITION
1.
Build the product following the assembly instructions carefully.
2.
Connect the gas hose to the appliance, and connect the pressure regulator to the hose.
3.
Connect the pressure regulator to the valve of the gas cylinder following the instuctions pro-
vided with the regulator.
4.
Make sure all the buttons are in the « OFF » position (switched off) before opening the gas
valve.
5.
Open (turning the button to « ON ») the gas flow ..or switch on the pressure regulator (fol-
lowing the instructions given with this part). Check that there are no gas leaks between the
cylinder, the pressure regulator, and the valve by using a soapy water solution. If the case of
a leak, bubbles will appear in the affected area. Do not use the appliance if a leak is found
and contact your gas cylinder provider or the after-sales team at Sweeek.

Hold down one of the control buttons and keep it pressed down whilst turning it anti-clo-
ckwise to reach the position « HIGH FLAME » (full strength). At the same time, quickly push
the ignition (red button situated between the two control buttons) up to 4 times in a row. This
will light the burner. If this doesn't work, repeat the previous steps.
7.
To light the other burner, repeat step 6.
8.
If the burner does not light after two attempts, close the gas valve (« OFF ») and wait 5 mi-
nutes before reattempting to light it.
9.
If the burner doesn't stay lit, repeat stage 6.
10. When the burner is alight, change the strength of the flame by turning the button between the
buttons « HIGH FLAME » / « LOW FLAME » (+strong/weak).
11. To turn the appliance off, shut off the gas flow by turning the valve button or the pressure
regulator to « OFF ».Turn all the control buttons of the appliance clockwise to the « OFF »
position once the flames have gone out.
WARNING : Before cooking the first piece of food, let the griddle heat up for 15 minutes,
keep the lid closed and all the burners on « HIGH FLAME ». This first step will allow
clean all elements of all residues left from the production process.
WARNING : If you smell gas, turn off the gas source and lift the lid of the griddle.
