Cause
Dirty sealing surfaces

Cup system not fully ventilated.
Action
Remove ring, clean sealing surfaces, safely insert ring.
See Fill cup system.
Check air cap, replace if necessary.
Check that the retaining ring is completely attached.
Check that the retaining ring is attached so that the air
cap is not loose.
Check that the gun air hose is correctly connected to the
cup and gun.
Check that the gun air hose is not bent.
Damaged connection between cup and air connection.
Check that the connection is completely screwed in.
Replace cup system if necessary.
Check that the cup is not filled above the "MAX FILL"
line.
Remove ring, clean sealing surfaces, safely insert ring.

Tighten connection. Use tool if necessary.
Replace o-ring. Grease O-ring to make installation easier.
Inserted cup insert.
Replace the cup insert.
