HOW TO USE YOUR MILL
You have chosen an electric pepper mill or dry
salt mill powered by rechargeable batteries.
Here you will find some illustrations and
information to help you to use and maintain

Charging the battery
Plug the battery charger and switch on. The
red light indicates that it is charging. The
light becomes blue when the battery is fully
charged.
Adjusting the grind
You have chosen a U'Select grind control mill.
Choose from 6 levels of grind .
Filling and using the mill
TIPS & TRICKS
Pepper mill
The mechanism of your mill has been
specially designed to get the very best from
black, white, green and red pepper-and pink
peppercorns (in they are mixed to a maximum
of 15% with one of these peppers) it also works
for Sichuan pepper and coriander seeds. Do not
use your mill for any other spice and for salt.
