Caution! Sharp cutting edges!
Before storing away the secateurs:
Remove the battery
Store the secateurs in a dry location and out-
side the reach of children.
Replacing the blade
Blunt blades should not be resharpened but
replaced.
The fixed counter blade is not a wear part and
must normally not be replaced.

Always have the blade replaced by a
specialist workshop.
Troubleshooting
Problem
Poor cutting performance
Secateurs switch off inad-
vertently
Secateurs cannot be
switched on
Charger: No charging
(red LED constantly on)
Charger: Malfunction (red

If in doubt, bring your tool to a WOLF service workshop.

Before checking the secateurs or carrying out work on the blade, remove the battery.

Possible causes
Blade is blunt
Blade is loose
Load too great (branch diameter
too large)
Blade protection and blade blo-

Blade screw too tightly secured Loosen screw
Battery overheating (tempera-
ture exceeding 60°C)
Battery flat

Adjusting the blade
1. Remove the battery
2. Loosen or secure the blade:
–
If the blade is fixed too tightly, turn the Al-
len key carefully anticlockwise by one
notch

If the blade is too loose, turn the Allen key
carefully clockwise by one notch

Instructions re. notches:
When turning the key, the notches can
be easily felt.
They correspond to an angle of 12°.
3. Place the battery in the secateurs and switch

on the tool.
If the blades adjustment is still not cor-
rect, repeat the above steps 1 to 3.
Remedy
Bring the secateurs to the WOLF Ser-
vice workshop
Tighten the screw
Cut only branches with diameters of
maximum 15 mm
Remove battery, remove object that
blocks the tool
Allow battery to cool down
Recharge battery
Recharge battery
Replace battery
Allow battery to cool down or heat up
Replace battery
Clean contacts
Replace battery
