3 Product Overview
3.1 Intended Use
This mattress is intended to deliver effective pressure
reduction and postural support to users. It is intended to be
used in conjunction with an appropriately sized bed frame as
part of an overall pressure injury prevention program of care.
3.2 Indications
Suitable for users with a low risk of developing pressure
injuries and users who require a comfortable mattress.
Dacapo 2Sided, Premier, Ampla and Excel are
pressure injury-preventive and can be used in cases of low
to medium risk of developing pressure injuries and for the
care of pressure injuries at stage 1 or 2.

This range of mattresses offers pressure reducing qualities,
specific to the individual's needs. By promoting even weight
distribution, they reduce tissue pressure at potentially
vulnerable areas.
