Blueberry donuts
Ingredients

200 gr blueberries
•
400 gr flower
•
250 gr sugar
•
1 bag baking soda
•
1 bag vanilla sugar
•
250 ml milk
•
2 eggs
•
3 spoons of melted butter
Preparation
Mix all ingredients to obtain a thin batter. Add ad-
ditional flour if the batter is too thin, add additional
milk if it is too thick. Donut batter should have the
consistency of pancake batter. Pour a small amount
of batter in each donut baking hole. Close the donut
maker, switch it on and check after approx. 5 min if
the donuts are ready. The donuts will be ready when
they have a golden brown colour.
Chocolate chip donuts
Ingredients

400 gr flower
•
275 gr brown sugar
•
1 bag baking soda
•
1 bag vanilla sugar
•
250 ml milk
•
2 eggs
•

325 gr chocolate
Preparation
Chop the chocolate into pieces. Mix all ingredients
to obtain a thin batter. Add additional flour if the bat-
ter is too thin, add additional milk if it is too thick. Do-
nut batter should have the consistency of pancake
batter. Pour a small amount of batter in each donut
baking hole. Close the donut maker, switch it on and
check after approx. 5 min if the donuts are ready.
The donuts will be ready when they have a golden
brown colour.
