SETUP AND CONFIGURATION PROBLEMS
1.
HOW DO I MANUALLY ADD THE MYDLINK HOME DOOR/WINDOW SENSOR TO THE NETWORK?
• Put your hub/controller in Add mode. Press the tamper key on the back of the sensor three
times (within 1.5 seconds).
2.
HOW DO I REMOVE THE MYDLINK HOME DOOR/WINDOW SENSOR FROM THE NETWORK?
• Put your hub/controller in Exclusion mode. Press the tamper key on the back of the sensor
three times (within 1.5 seconds).
3.
THE MYDLINK HOME DOOR/WINDOW SENSOR IS NO LONGER CONNECTED TO THE GATEWAY
• Remove the sensor from the network (see above).
• Manually add the sensor to the network again (see above).
4.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE BATTERY IS LOW?
