Remedy
► Pull the connecting cable plug out of the
socket.
► Allow the battery to cool down or warm
up.
► Pull connecting cable plug out of the
socket and plug it in again.
► Turn on blower.
► If 3 LEDs continue to flash red: Do not
use the blower and contact your STIHL
dealer for assistance.
► Pull the connecting cable plug out of the
socket.
► Allow the blower to cool down.
► Pull connecting cable plug out of the
socket and plug it in again.
► Turn on blower.
► If 4 LEDs continue to flash red: Do not
use the battery; contact a STIHL authori‐
zed dealer.
► Pull connecting cable plug out of the
socket and plug it in again.
► If blower still does not start when swit‐
ched on: Clean contacts of connecting
cable as described in the User Manual
for the STIHL AR battery or the "AP belt
bag with connecting cable".
► Allow blower or battery to dry.
► Pull the connecting cable plug out of the
socket.
► Allow the blower to cool down.
► Pull connecting cable plug out of the
socket and plug it in again.
► If blower continues to cut out during ope‐
ration: Clean contacts of connecting
cable as described in the User Manual
for the STIHL AR battery or the "AP belt
bag with connecting cable".
► Turn on blower.
► Fully charge battery as described in the
User Manual for the STIHL AL 101, 301,
301-4, 500 chargers.
► Replace battery.
