Wireless
The HR5 Reader is Bluetooth enabled and can be searched for and
connected to by other devices (Discoverable), or perform a search
to initiate the connection itself. Only one Bluetooth enabled device
can be connected to the reader at any time.

Wireless Setup
1. From the Main Menu screen, use the arrow keys to select the
Bluetooth icon
2. The Wireless screen will display, showing the last known
connection.
• If you don't want Bluetooth connected, select the field where
Bluetooth is displayed and press
change the communication type and press
Note: Selecting
power if a communication connection is not required.
3. The connection status and device table display and the
connection status changes to 'Discoverable' mode.
Note: The table will be empty if no devices have previously
been found. Any previously connected devices will be
displayed in parentheses. e.g. '(Gallagher-TSi)'
The Reader can now be searched for and found by other
devices (Discoverable). The status of the current connection is
