INSTRUCTION MANUAL
This manual concerns instructions for a correct execution and for the main-
tenance of this balance bike. Read this manual carefully before you assemble
and use this product. Take the balance bike out of the packing and collect
all parts. Check if all parts are present. Adult assembly is required. Keep this
manual for future reference.
NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED WHILST PLAYING WITH THE
BALANCE BIKE!
WARNING!
- This product complies with EN 71-1-2-3. A responsibility of the manufacturer
is out of the question by imprudent use of the item by your child.
- Give to your child the instructions for the correct use of this balance bike.
It is required when using this balance bike to wear suitable clothing and
closed shoes; likewise wearing a bicycle helmet, gloves, knee pads and
elbow pads is recommended.
- The balance bike should be used with caution since skill is required to avoid
falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties.
- Before use remove and dispose of any plastic bags and any other
packaging (e.g. fasteners, fixing ties, etc.) and keep them out of reach of
children. Suffocation hazard.
- Check the product regularly for signs of wear and damage and to ensure
that it is assembled correctly. Should any part be damaged, do not use
the balance bike and keep it out of reach of children.
- To be used under the direct supervision of an adult.
- Do not use this balance bike in any manner other than those illustrated in
the manual.
- Never leave your child unattended whilst playing with the balance bike.
- Never leave the balance bike near direct heat sources or in direct sunlight for
any length of time.
- It is not safe to use the balance bike on raised surfaces that are not perfectly
horizontal: e.G. Tables, chairs etc. This balance bike cannot be used for
sporting use (by example jumping etc.) This balance bike is not fit
for inclines, sloped driveways or for steps. Keep your child out of the reach
of all kinds of waters like ditches, lakes, swimming pools etc.
- The balance bike must not be dropped or knocked harshly.
- The balance bike must not be repaired or modified by the purchaser. In
particular, never attach ties or straps to it. Suffocation hazard. Parts
which are attached by you out of the way or changes which are placed to
the balance bike are changing the driving-properties and this can be
dangerous.
- Do not use the balance bike for more than one child at a time.
- The balance bike may not be used on the public road.
- This balance bike has no brake.
- This balance bike is recommended for children from 12-36 months. Not to
be used by children over 36 months. The toy may become unstable.
- Maximum weight 25 kilo's.
- Maximum bearing weight of the handle of balance bike is 0,5 kg.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
WARNING: This product must only be assembled by adults.
Keep the unassembled components out of the reach of children.
- To assemble the bike, please refer to the diagram, checking that each
component is assembled correctly.
- Do not use the bike until it has been fully assembled and checked.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE:
The product requires periodic maintenance. On account of its designated use
in all atmospheric conditions and over different surfaces, observing the follo-
wing maintenance guidelines in necessary for its correct functioning.
- Metal elements may be cleaned using a damp cloth with mild detergent.
Once cleaned wipe dry to prevent corrosion.
- If product becomes wet, wipe dry metal elements and leave unfolded
until completely dry in a well ventilated place.
- Do not expose the product to sunlight for prolonged periods as the
upholstery and plastic elements may become discoloured or damaged.
- Moving parts should be periodically treated with fast evaporating
cleaning and lubricating agents such as WD-40.
- Sand, salt and other contaminants should be removed from wheels,
breaks and suspension regularly. Do not use lubricant in places exposed
to sand ingression.
- Avoid contact with salt water (sea water, sea breeze, road salt) in order
to prevent corrosion.
- Stroller functional temperature range: from -5 to +35 degree C.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
1. Top Mark B.V. grants a warranty for the product you purchased for a
period of 24 months from the purchase date.
2. All complaints should be reported to the seller of the product.
3. In order for a complaint to be processed a correctly instructions
together with proof of purchase have to be presented.
4. The product's physical defects which come to light during the warranty
period shall be remedied free of charge witching days of the product
delivered via the seller to Top Mark B.V.
5. All repairs shall be performed by Top Mark B.V. or a service point as
advised by the seller.
6. The warranty does not cover:

Damage occurred for reasons attributable to the user.

Damage occurred as a result of failure to observe recommendations,
warnings and restrictions found in the user manual and on product
elements.

Consumables subject to natural wear and tear during normal usage such
as: tyres, inner tubes, tread, materials used on handles, structure and
colour of fabrics and materials subject to friction, sleeves in wheels,
axels, prints.

Damage occurred as a result of failure to observe maintenance
guidelines such as: corrosion, changed upholstery or plastic elements
colour as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight, damage to plastic
elements of upholstery as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight or
excessive temperatures, excessive play, squeaking/creaking noises,
damage to mechanism due to contamination.

Damage occurred due to repairs being carried out by an unauthorised
persons.

Single wheels being pushed into a vertical position as a result of loading
(this is normal).

Damage and soiling occurred due to the product being incorrectly
packaged for shipment by courier (for internet purchases).
7. The warranty period shall be extended by the repair time at Top Mark B.V.
8. The repair method shall be determined by the guarantor.
9. The product subject to a complaint should be provided clean.
10. The consumer goods warranty does not exclude or suspend the purcha-
ser's rights stemming from goods noncompliance with the agreement.
