Working Theory
A high-speed, rotating, toothed disk rotor generates strong centrifugal force that sucks raw materials into the
crushing chamber, where they are pulverized.
Assembly, Debugging, and Usage
1. Ensure the plane is aligned between the motor pulley and machine pulley, and that the triangle belt is suitably
assembled.
2. Ensure the machine is grounded, and the shield is securely fixed.
3. Choose the right motor according to the technical parameters in the instruction.
4. Inspect all electrical lines and equipment.
5. After installation, verify the completeness and tightness of all parts.
