Use measurement functions:

After the distance measurement has been com-
pleted, the laser beam automatically switches
o after approx. three minutes without use
for safety reasons. To turn the laser beam back
on, press
(B) and keep it pressed until the
measuring device turns on again.
Simple distance measurement:
A) Press
(B) as described to turn on the
measuring device.
B) Aim at the desired measuring point and press
(B) again to measure the distance. The
measurement result is displayed directly on
the display (A) and the laser beam turns o .
C) To perform another measurement, re-activate
the laser beam by pressing
Then start again at step A.
D) After completing the measurements, press
(C) and keep it pressed to turn o the
measuring device as described above.

Continuous distance measurement:
A) Press
(B) as described to turn the measu-
ring device on.
B) Press
(B) again and keep it pressed until
the numbers on display (A) appear. Now the
numerical value should change automatically
as soon as you move the measuring device
slightly and point to a di erent target.
C) On display (A), the respective distances which
you aim at with the measuring device are now
displayed in real time. If you want to save a
distance value, press
D) If you want to carry out another continuous distan-
ce measurement, please start again with step B.
E) After completing the measurements, press
(C) and keep it pressed to turn o the measu-
ring device as described above.
Setting the units of measure:
The default unit of measure for this measuring de-
vice is meters (m). You can choose between meters
(m) and feet (ft) by simultaneously pressing
and
(C) while operating the measuring device.
Cancel measurement and delete measu-
rement data:
To undo the last action, or cancel the current
measurement, press
Measurement reference point:
The measuring device measures the distance
from the rear edge of the device. Please take this
into consideration during your measurements.
