In the case of water supply where there are only two pipes (feed and return), the pipes
valve
are used for cold water in the summer and for hot water in the winter.
(See simplified diagram 3)
To prevent situations in the spring and autumn where cold water is flowing to the coil,
but MCOCW is in heating mode, MCOCW needs to shut off the heating mode if the
temperature sensor (TE-SPT) measures circulating cold water in the feed pipe.
In the same way, MCOCW needs to shut off the cooling mode when the temperature
sensor (TE-SPT) measures circulating hot water in the feed pipe.
