Tests
The machine must be inspected by an expert every 12 months, in line with the "Regulations for fluid spraying equip-
ment", to ensure that continued safe operation is possible. The results of the inspection must be documented. No spe-
cific format is required for the documentation.
Accident prevention
The machine is designed to avoid accidents if used as intended. The operator must be informed of the danger of injury
due to hot machine parts and the high pressure jet. Observe the "Regulations for fluid spraying devices".
Oil change
Before starting up, always check the oil level at the sight glass. (Make sure the appliance is in a horizontal position!)
The oil level should be in the middle of the oil sight glass. In case of high humidity levels and temperature fluctuations,
some condensate may form; you must change the oil in this case (grey colour).
First oil change after approx. 50 hours of operation. Following this, no oil change is required for the appliance's service
life. If you need to change the oil to perform repairs, or because the oil colour is grey, open the oil drain screw above a
catchment tray and drain the appliance. Use a catchment tray to catch the oil, and dispose of the oil in line with legal
requirements. New oil: 0.25 l - engine oil W 15/40.
Oil leaks
If oil escapes, immediately contact your local customer service (dealer). (Environmental damage, transmission damage)
