Troubleshooting
If the product does not work despite turning the on / off button, first check the electrical cable and
connection. If the product does not work although there is electricity, the carbon heater inside may be
damaged. Contact TABLEHEATERS service for the necessary action. Do not try to repair the product yourself.
Mainenance
Our products are suitable for use without any periodic maintenance and repair.
Cleaning
Before cleaning the product, unplug it and make sure that there is no electricity to the product. Never
touch the carbon heater and internal electrical parts. You can wipe the dust off with a dry and soft cloth.
Warranty Conditions

The warranty period starts from the date the product is sold and the warranty period is 2 years.
In order for the user to benefit from the guarantee, it is obligatory to present the invoice and
warranty certificate of the product.

In case the product fails within the warranty period, the time spent in repair is added to the
warranty period. The repair period of the product is up to 20 working days if there is any
TABLEHEATERS service in the country where the product is used.
●
If there is no TABLEHEATERS service in the country where the product is used, the shipping time
determined for the supply of the defective part is added to this period.
Conditions excluded from warranty
• Situations caused by non- compliant usage.
• Loading / unloading after the delivery of the product, malfunctions and damages after transportation
• Low or excessive voltage; faulty electrical installation, using in a voltage range different from the
voltage values written on the product label and technical specifications.
• Damages and failures that may occur as a result of fire and lightning.
• Damages and failures that may occur from the use of the product contrary to the matters specified in
the user manual.
• Damages that can cause the heating element to break or broken heating element.
• Washing the product with water.
• Damages and failures that may occur as a result of the repair of the product by persons not authorized
by the manufacturer, distributor or dealer, and the use of parts that are not approved by the
manufacturer.
