Screwing in nozzles
Screw the injector nozzles into the required positions.
Use the 9 mm spanner (WAF 9) to tighten the injector nozzles.
Test point for measuring wash pressure
The holder at the top of the right-hand injector rail is used as the test
point for measuring water pressure. This connection point can be
used for testing wash pressure within the framework of performance
and validation testing in accordance with EN ISO 15883.
To measure the water pressure, replace the existing fixture with a
Luer Lock adapter, e.g. E 447.
Programme selection
The A 315 module can be used with or without an additional upper
basket; for example, as an addition to the A 105/1 upper basket.
If the module is used with an upper basket, a special programme with
higher wash pressure must be selected.
