To avoid the risk of accidents and damage to this module please
read these instructions carefully before using it for the first time.
Keep these instructions in a safe place where they are accessible
to users at all times.
 Please also read the operating instructions for your washer-
disinfector and pay particular attention to the Warning and Safety
instructions.
The module is approved solely for the applications specified in the
"Areas of application" chapter of these operating instructions. Com-
ponents such as nozzles may only be replaced with Miele compon-
ents or genuine original spare parts.
New load carriers must be cleaned in the washer-disinfector
without a load prior to first use.
Only ever place empty, unloaded modules in the baskets. Check
that they are correctly engaged before loading them.
Modules must be completely emptied before they are removed.
Placing loaded modules in baskets or removing them can cause
damage to the load items.
Inspect all mobile units, baskets, modules and inserts daily as de-
scribed in the "Maintenance" section in the Operating instructions for
the washer-disinfector.
For your own safety, wear gloves and, if necessary, a surgical
mask and protective goggles when sorting the instruments and un-
loading the machine. To avoid recontamination, wear clean gloves
when unloading the machine.
Load from back to front and unload from front to back.
To clean and disinfect lumened instruments thoroughly from the in-
side, they must be attached to the relevant holders or nozzles on the
injector manifolds. The connectors must not come loose during a
programme sequence.
At the end of every programme sequence, check that the connectors
have not come loose.
Any hollow items that have become disconnected from their
injector nozzles, adapters or holders during processing must be
re-processed.
The last rinse, as a minimum, must be carried out with DI water.
