TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The
indicator "
TO ADD
SOME WATER
" lights up.
The indicator
"ICE BASKET
FULL"
lights up.
The "ADD
WATER" and
"FULL ICE
CREAM
BASKET
» lights up
simultaneously.
The ice cubes
come together.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Low water level
or lack of water.
2. The water filter at
the bottom of the
water tank is
clogged.
3. Malfunction of the pump.
1. The ice basket is full
and the infrared light
is blocked by the ice
cubes.
2. Infrared light emitting
diode and infrared
light receiving diode
do not work.
1. The ice bin is not in
the correct
position.
2. The "ICE BASKET FULL"
condition cannot be
detected because the
infrared light module is
interfered with by
sunlight.
Making ice cubes takes
too long.
The water in the
water tank is at too
low a temperature.
SUGGESTED SOLUTIONS
1. Stop ice making, add water
then press the "ON/OFF"
button to restart the ice making
cycle.
2. Clean it.
3. Send it to the authorized
service center for repair.
1. Remove the ice cubes from
the ice cube basket.
2a. Remove the foreign objects from
the infrared light emitting diode and
the infrared light receiving diode
and then restart the ice machine.
2b. Contact customer service if the
infrared light-emitting diode and
infrared light-receiving diode still
do not work after removing the
foreign matter and restarting the
ice maker.
1. Unplug the appliance and check
if the ice cube tray is blocked by
something.
2. Unplug the device and move it
to a place that is not exposed to
direct sunlight, then plug the
device back in and turn it back
on.
Stop ice making and restart the ice
making cycle once the ice cubes
have melted.
Fill the water tank with water whose
temperature is between 8℃ and 25℃.
