Remedial action
Make sure that the Connection Hub and
the Connect App are in the same network.
Please refer to the instruction manual of the
Connection Hub for more information.
Ensure the IHC is turned on and in operation.
Check the distance between the Connection
Hub and the IHC. Place the Connection Hub
closer to the IHC and try again.
If the above points do not solve the problem,
reset the devices and try again.
After starting the pairing in the Connect App,
make sure to complete the pairing on IHC
within 60s. Press again on "Add device" in
the Connect App and try again.
Ensure the Connection Hub is turned on.
Check the distance between the Connection
Hub and the IHC. Place the Connection Hub
closer to the IHC and try again (the IHC
should reconnect automatically after some
time).
Ensure that in the Connect App settings
"Connect to internet" is enabled.

6. Connecting multiple IHC
If you own more than one IHC, it is possible to connect them together. This will synchronize the settings (e.g., selected room tem-
perature, timer mode) between the IHCs. This is useful if the radiators are located in the same room.
6.1 Paring two IHCs
To connect two IHCs to each other, follow the steps described below and execute them on the respective device.
Please note that the steps on the first and second IHC must all be done within 60 s.
On 1st IHC
Access the settings menu, by pressing and holding the rotary knob for 3 seconds until „SEt" is displayed, then release.
When the surface temperature limitation is displayed briefly press the rotary knob until "rC" is displayed.
While "rC" is displayed turn the rotary knob to start the pairing process. Then proceed to the 2nd IHC.
