7.5 Product installation
• Remove the packaging from the product,
• Fix the product to the wall following the indicated sequence:
1) Secure the support brackets supplied with the appliance using the
supplied screws
2) Select the type of expansion dowel most suitable for fi xing according
to the specifi c type of wall and the size of screws or other anchoring
devices most suitable to withstand the weight of the appliance full of
water.
Caution: Properly oversize the dowels with respect to
the weight they have to withstand in order to prevent
screws from loosening due to vibrations during
machine's operation over the years.
3) Take appropriate precautions to prevent that the noise and vibration
eff ects, during working of the product, may be transferred, also
through the walls, to rooms where they may be annoying (such as
bedrooms or rest/work areas), isolate vibrations when connecting
brackets to the wall through special anti-vibration devices (such as
vibration dampers interposed between bracket and wall).
Wall fi xing brackets are available for this purpose with dedicated
vibration dampers.
4) Drill the wall paying attention to fl ush mounting cables and pipes,
using a spirit level to check that they are perfectly horizontal.
For easier installation, refer to the installation template reported on
the packaging box.
5) Fix the selected anchoring devices to the wall. In case the structure
of the wall requires it, add two screw hooks for the lower bracket,
like shown in the following fi gure

6) Secure the product to the wall by fi xing the support brackets to the
anchoring devices fi xed to the wall.

7) Ensure that the product is perfectly vertical using a spirit level and
placing spacers (vibration dampers) between the lower bracket and
the wall. The distance from the wall can be adjusted by screwing
in/out the damper, repeat the adjustment after fi lling the tank and
secure with nut and washer
8) Carry out hydraulic and electrical connections (see next chapters)
9) Carry out any air duct connection (see the chapter 5.9 Aeraulic
connections).
