If you barbecue is equipped with a heat shield
The heat shield must be cleaned and degreased thoroughly after each use in order to prevent the risk
of fire!
Cleaning and maintenance
• Clean and degrease the barbecue after each use
(to prevent the risk of fire!)
• Thoroughly clean the upper grid after each use
If the barbecue will not be used for an extensive period of time, it is recommended to lightly oil the
non-stainless steel, non-lacquered parts using an acid free oil. The gas hose must be replaced every
2 years, as it becomes porous over time. Gas bottles, even when empty, must be stored in an upright
position.
It is recommended to sign a maintenance contract with your supplier to ensure you can make optimal
use of your barbecue. Please contact your supplier for more information about the conditions.
