Thank you for buying this STEBA product. The following table will help you with
problems that may occur when using your device. For many problems there is a simple
solution, because not everything that appears like a malfunction must be serious.
Please check the following list before contacting our customer service.

∙ No power

∙ Coating is damaged by
hard metal objects
∙ Device is connected to a
cable drum
∙ Thermostat controller is still
inserted
Suggestion
∙ Plug in device
∙ Check the fuse
∙ No defect, the lamp clocks
if the device is heating
∙ Empty the tray, reinsert
und check if placed cor-
rectly
∙ Increase temperature or
grilling time
∙ No cause for complaint
∙ Unwind the cable drum
completely and check the
fuse
∙ Remove the controller first
