Press your personal key, and the display will show "0.0".
Note: You can change your height setting by pressing SET while "0.0" is shown.

When "0.0" is displayed, hold the hand-electrode as shown and step onto the
platform.
The unit will beep twice when the measurement is taken. Please stand still until the
unit beeps.
Note: If you step onto the platform before "0.0" appears the display will show "Err"
and you will not obtain a reading.
Make sure all of your fingers contact
electrodes.
Make sure your feet contact all of the
