WARNING
Connect the device only according to the instructions provided in this manual.
Improper connections may cause fire or electric shock, damage the device and
void the product warranty. If in doubt, contact an qualified electrician for support
or the manufacturer.
DANGER! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
DO NOT touch the outputs of your installation without proper insulation (i.e.
rubber gloves). Even when the device is turned off, the outputs may still be
live (actively transmitting electricity). All installation work should ALWAYS be
performed with the power circuit disconnected.
NEVER plug the device directly into an electrical outlet or 230V/110V power
supply. High risk of electrocution and/or fire.
DO NOT
• Do not open, modify or disassemble your device or its accessories.
• Do not self-service any part of the device. If repairs are required, please
contact tedee technical support at https://tedee.com/
• Do not immerse the device in any liquid, water or expose it to moisture.
• Do not use the device near extreme heat source (such as radiator or chimney),
cold source, open fire or other extreme conditions.
• Do not use the device in an environment of a high humidity or dust levels, as

well as high air pollution. Use the device indoors only.
• Do not insert any metal objects in device openings and gaps, except for cable
ends connected according to the instructions.
• Do not handle any part of the device or its accessories with wet hands.
• Do not apply pressure to cables during the connection of the device beyond
what is specified by the manufacturer to prevent damage or deformation.
• Do not attempt to forcefully remove cables from their sockets. In case of
trouble, contact tedee support.
• Do not remove the insulation from the cables except at the cable ends used
in the device's sockets.
• Do not install the device within the reach of children or animals, if possible.
If an animal or child damages the integrity of the device (for example, the
housing breaks), stop using the device and contact tedee technical support.
• The device should not be used by children under the age of 13 without adult
supervision.
• Do not share your Tedee application login credentials or grant remote access
to your premises to unauthorized persons. The manufacturer shall not be
liable for damage caused by granting access to the premises to unauthorized
personnel.
WARNING: Tedee dry contact may suffer from technical failure, so it may not
be able to open your door lock. Always carry your smartphone and the key to
the door lock with you or leave it in an accessible place so that the door can
be unlocked manually in the event of such a device error.

• Use only power supply voltage specified by tedee. Failure may cause damage
