Purpose
Compression sleeves are the basic therapy in the treatment of venous disorders and oedemas. In
addition to their medical effect, compression sleeves support your well-being as a whole.
Compression therapy comprises measures of exterior, planar pressure applications in case of
venous disorders and lymphatic drainage problems. The application of planar pressure is to prevent
the development of oedemas and support venous reflux or lymphatic drainage.
Compression therapy generally is a long-term treatment and requires the corresponding pro-
ducts which – if the medical indication is given – the patient him/herself applies upon the doctor's
instruction.

rubber gloves; you can thus roll up the sleeve with the palm of your hand until it fits perfectly
without wrinkles. When you use sleeves with an adhesive band, please be sure not to get your hands
into the seam of the adhesive band when putting the sleeve on or taking it off.
We recommend our fitting aids if there are difficulties putting on the sleeve.
