Guide the cable (2) through the power supply open-
ing and into the housing, and secure it using the PG
screwed connection (1).

Recommended tightening torque: ≤ 6.0 Nm

Connect the conductors to the terminal block (3).

Fit the seal and connector housing, and install the four
hex screws.

Recommended tightening torque: ≤ 1.9 Nm

Fit the rotary knob on the setting control.

Starting up the electrical immersion heater

Fill the domestic hot water cylinder.

Check the inspection opening for leaks.

If the water temperature in the cylinder rises above 95 °C,

the safety cut-out (SCO) on the electrical immersion heater
switches off the power supply.

Install the insulating elements.
Switch on the power supply.
Use the setting wheel to set the temperature to which
you want to heat the electrical immersion heater.

Releasing the safety cut-out after shutdown
Caution.
Risk of material damage caused by over-
heating!
If the fault that caused the product to shut
down is not rectified, the product may be-
come damaged.

Do not switch the safety cut-out back on
until the cause of the fault that triggered
the safety cut-out has been eliminated.
Switch off the power supply.
Remove the insulating elements from the electrical
immersion heater.
