Setting the amount of coffee
You can adjust the amount of water that is pressed through the capsule. Select
less water if you prefer strong coffee; set a larger amount of water if you prefer
your coffee mild.
The appliance is preset to 40 ml for Espresso and 110 ml for Lungo.
Proceed as follows to set the amount of water:

To set the amount of water for Espresso:
Press and hold the Espresso
has flowed through. As soon you release the Espresso button
pump stops and the appliance stores the amount of water that has flowed
through for the next preparations.
The pump stops automatically once a water volume of 200 mil has flowed
through.

You can set water volumes between 25 and 200 ml.

To set the amount of water for Lungo:
Press and hold the Lungo
has flowed through. As soon you release the Lungo button
stops and the appliance saves the amount of water that has flowed through
for the next preparations.
The pump stops automatically once a water volume of 200 mil has flowed
through.

Turning off the appliance
