Make sure that the battery is charged and the product is discon-
nected from the mains power supply (see chapter "Using the product
without the power adapter").
Apply a thin layer of shaving foam or soap lather to the skin before
shaving.
Switch the product on using the ON / OFF button

Using the comb attachment
Place the front part of the comb attachment
on the blade

and push the peg on the back of the comb attachment
into the

product (see Fig. F).
Turn the adjusting wheel to select the desired setting for the hair
length (see Fig. F). The settings on the adjusting wheel correspond
to the remaining hair length after trimming. You can select a length
between 0.5 mm and 9 mm.
Always trim in the direction of the teeth on the comb attachment

Make sure that the flat part of the comb attachment
is in full

contact with the skin in order to achieve an even result (see. Fig. C).
Always move the product against the direction of beard growth.
Since the hair grows in various directions, you can try out another
trimming position.
Tip: Trimming is easier if the skin and hair are clean and dry.
