1) Gas transmitter calibration at 50 % of the full-scale deflection.
2) For applications at an operating temperature of less than -25 °C, the effect of temperature is < ±450 ppm/°C.
3) For applications in line with PFG 16 G 003 X: Re-calibrate the device if the operating temperature deviates by more than 25°C from the operating temperature at the last calibration.
4) Relative change of the signal at 50 % LEL (Dräger PIR 7000) resp. at 5 % vol. (Dräger PIR 7200).
5) For applications in line with PFG 16 G 003 X: Re-calibrate the device if the operating pressure deviates by more than 150 hPa from the operating pressure at the last calibration.
6) The response times have been determined by flow when using the process adapter/process cuvette accessories. For all other cases, the response times have been determined by diffusion.
7) The setting time for the entire system is determined using the setting times for all parts of the entire gas warning system.
8) The measured value response times may vary with other approved substances. Depending on the accessories used longer response times are possible.
9) For applications in accordance with BVS 08 ATEX G 001 X and PFG 16 G 003 X: To check the measured value setting times, apply test gas to the sensor via the calibration adapter. Check the results according to the information in the table.
Comment: All data in % LEL are LEL values as specified by the IEC.
The gas transmitter can also produce a reading by detecting substances which are not listed in this table.
The decay times are in the same range as the response times.
