Problem

Solution
Check that the socket is working and check if the water
level indicator lights up. The appliance does not work
below 5 degrees Celsius and not above 35 degrees
Celsius.
Clean the air filter according to the manual. Check the
unit for blockages and remove them. Make sure that
the exhaust hose is securely attached. Set the mode
and temperature properly according the manual.
Check that the water tank isn't full before moving the
appliance. Straighten the hose to avoid blockages/trap.
The appliance is not on a flat stable surface or there are
some loose parts. Place the appliance on a flat surface
and tighten the loosen parts. Water flowing noise from
the refrigerant is normal.
Air sensor is broken, replace sensor.
Ambient temperature sensor is broken. Check the
connection or replace the sensor.
Coil temperature sensor is broken. Check the
connection or replace the sensor.
High level water alarm. Empty the drain pan.
