USER MANUAL
As long as the button is held pressed, gas flow is enabled and wire feed does not run.
Gas Flow
You can use this button to change the gas in the system after a gas change.
The menu is entered. The desired setting is selected with the adjustment pot.
Menu Button
The menu section includes the following functions:
Pre-gas time is set.
Pre-Gas
• 0.1 - 10 sec.
Setting Range
The gas comes before the welding for the specified period and then the welding starts.
Provides protection of the welding pool at the start of the welding process.
Post-gas time is set
Post-Gas
• 0.1 - 10 sec.
Setting Range
End of welding, gas continues to come and welding ends for the specified time.
Provides protection of the welding pool at the end of the welding process.
When Spot (Method) is selected, the welding time is set.
Arc On Time
• 0.1 - 10 sec.
Setting Range
When Spot (Method) is selected, non-welding time is set.
Arc Off Time
• 0.1 - 10 sec.
Setting Range
Soft start setting is made.
Soft Start
• On - Off
Setting Range
When the welding is first started, the wire speed rises slowly from the lowest speed
until reaching the set speed. By this means, backlash and spatters are prevented at the
beginning of the welding process.
Crater function setting is made.
Crater
• On - Off
Setting Range
It is the filling process to prevent cracks that will occur at the end of welding. When
the crater is active, the welding current is reduced with a certain linearity at the end
of the welding and the welding ends.
Burn back adjustment is made.
Burn Back
• 0.1 - 1
Setting Range
With the burn-back function, the burning length of the welding wire is adjusted and
the clumping is reduced. This prevents the wire from sticking to the contact nozzle or
from sticking the wire to the material.
