13. Service & Guarantee
This product has been produced with great care and under
continuous quality control. The product comes with a three
year guarantee from date of purchase. Please keep your
receipt safe. The guarantee applies only to material and
manufacturing defects and does not apply to misuse or
improper treatment. Your statutory rights, especially the
rights of warranty, are not restricted by this guarantee.
Extent of validity: Please use the service hotline which has
been provided for you or contact the service centre in the
European Economic Area.
Costs: Repair or replacement free of charge or a refund of
the purchase cost. Shipping costs will not be charged.
Advisory notice: Before returning your product, contact our
hotline by telephone, so that we can help you with any
operating errors.
