Note: The temperature of food before cooking would be 20‐25°C. Higher or lower tem
of the food before cooking would require increase or decrease of cooking time; The temperature, weight and
shape of food will largely influence the cooking effect. If any deviation has been found to the factor noted on
above menu, you can adjust the cooking time for best result.
Auto defrost
Press Defrost button
and the LED display will circle to show Ad‐1 Ad‐2 Ad‐3.
Ad‐1: for defrosting meat, the weight range from 0.1 to 2.0 kg;
Ad‐2: for defrosting poultry, the weight range from 0.2 to 3.0kg;
Ad‐3: for defrosting seafood, the weight range from 0.1 to 0.9kg.
Note: It is necessary to turn over the food during operation to obtain uniform effect; Usually defrosting will
need longer time than that of cooking the food; If the food can be cut by knife, the defrosting process can be
considered completed; Observe the below Defrost guide in order to achieve best performance.
EXAMPLE TO DEFROST 0.2KG POULTRY
1. Press the Time.Weight.Temp (‐) or Defrost (+) button to choose the type of food until the display will
show:
2. Press the Instant.Start button to confirm.
3. Press the Time.Weight.Temp (‐) or Defrost (+) button to choose the desired weight until the display
shows:
4. Start cooking by pressing the Instant.Start button. The LED will show the time running down.
5. Halfway a sound will be played to prompt you to turn around the food. Open the door and turn around
the food. Shield warm pieces of food. Close the door to continue the process.
DEFROST TIPS
Steaks chops:
Shield thin end of chops or steaks with foil. Position the food with thinner parts in the centre in a single layer on
a shallow dish. If pieces are stuck together, try to separate as soon as possible.
When the oven beeps, it is to prompt you to turn over the food. Turnover, rearrange and shield the defrosted
portions. Press Instant. Start button to continue defrosting. After defrost time, stand covered with microwave
foil for 5‐15 minutes.
Minced Beef:
Place frozen minced beef on a shallow dish. Shield edges. When the oven Beeps, it is to prompt you to turn over
the food. Remove defrosted portions, turn over and shield edges with foil strips. Press Instant. Start button to
continue defrosting. After defrost time, stand covered with microwave foil for 5‐15 minutes.
