Ziehen Sie den Halter für den Senderquarz aus der Vorder-
seite des Sendergehäuses und

Schalten Sie Ihren Computer ein (Betriebssystem Windows
XP empfohlen) und warten Sie, bis das Betriebssystem voll-
ständig geladen ist.

Achten Sie darauf, dass die Batterien/Akkus des Senders
vollständig geladen sind!

Schalten Sie den Sender ein.
Verbinden Sie das Interface (28) mit einem freien USB-Port
-
Ihres Computers (USB1.1 oder USB2.0).

Windows erkennt neue Hardware und installiert diese (Trei-
ber für Joystick/ Gameport in Windows XP enthalten).

Danach arbeitet die Fernsteuerung wie ein handelsüblicher
Joystick.

Legen Sie die mitgelieferte CD in das entsprechende Lauf-
werk Ihres Computers ein. Starten Sie danach die Installati-
on der Software, auf dem Desktop sollte ein neues Symbol
erzeugt werden, über das die Software gestartet werden
kann.

Die CD enthält einen einfachen Flugsimulator, mit dem Sie
erste Flugversuche unternehmen können.

Dieser Flugsimulator namens "FMS" ist eine Freeware von
Roman und Michael Möller. Er kann im Internet kostenlos
bei http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/index_e.html he-
runtergeladen werden.

Beachten Sie, dass die nachfolgend beschriebene Vorge-
hensweise bei der Einstellung sich bei neueren Versionen
der Software bzw. von Windows ändern kann.

Starten Sie die Software.

In der Menüleiste unter der Option „Steuerung" wählen Sie
„Analoge Steuerung".

Klicken Sie auf „Joystick Interface", dann auf „Belegung/Ka-
libration".
Stellen Sie die Hebel in Mittelstellung, gleiches gilt für die

Trimmregler.

Pull the holder of the transmitter crystal from the front side of
the transmitter casing.
Switch your computer on (operating system Windows XP
recommended) and wait until the operating system is com-
pletely booted.
Make sure that the rechargeable batteries of the transmitter
are fully charged.
Switch on the transmitter
Connect the interface (28) with a free USB port of your com-
puter (USB1.1 or USB2.0)
Windows detects the new hardware and installs the latter
(driver for joystick/ gameport are comprised in Windows
XP).
Afterwards, the remote control functions like a conventional
joystick.
Place the CD included in delivery in the corresponding drive
of your computer. Start the installation of the software; on the
desktop, a new symbol should be created through which the
software can be started.
The CD comprises a simple flight simulator with which you
can effect your first flight trials.
This flight simulator, called FMS, is a freeware written by
Roman and Michael Möller. It can also be downloaded free
of charge at http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/index_
e.html.
Please note that the setting procedure described below can
vary with more recent versions of the software or of Win-
dows.
Start the software.
In the menu bar, under the option "Control", select "analog
control".
Click on "Joystick Interface" then on "Assignment/calibrati-
on".
Set the lever in center position, the same is valid for the trim
regulator.
