USE OF THE MIXER
The mixer has 5 different speed positions and a turbo button which you can use to achieve the maximum
speed at once. In the "0" position the mixer is switched off.
To lock the beaters and the kneeding hooks into the appliance, you first need to put the one with the star-
shaped end-piece into the star shaped opening at the bottom of the appliance. Press till you hear a click. To
release, press the push button with number indication on top of the appliance, this releases the accessory at
once. This push button has an extra security: when the mixer is in use, this button is blocked.
The mixing bar is to be inserted into the therefore provided opening at the back of the appliance by turning
clockwise. If the mixing bar is not inserted properly, it could cause damage.
Only switch the mixer on when the accessories are inserted into the food.
To use the mashing disk, first put the mashing disk on the edge of the beater with the star shape and then
insert the beater in the star shaped opening.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
- Remove all packagings and stickers.
- Before the first use we recommend to clean all component thoroughly (see 'Cleaning').
- Ensure that the voltage marked on the appliance is the same as your main voltage. According to the safety
law: only use earthed sockets.
APPLICATIONS
With the beaters you can whip egg white, cream, egg yolk and sugar, batter for omelet or pancakes.
The kneeding hooks are to work the pastry. The mashing disk is used to mash boiled vegetables of fruit like
for ex. carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, apples, baby food,...
The mixing bar is mainly used to mix liquids (soups), reduce cooked aliments and also to prepare
mayonnaise, dressings, baby meals, ...
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
1. Switch off the appliance. Pull out the plug and wait for the motor to stop turning entirely.
2. Dismount the accessories
3. All removable parts, except for the motor block, can be cleaned in warm water with some detergent
and then rinsed off under running water. You can also put them in the dish-washer.
4. Clean the motor block with a damp cloth. NEVER immerse the motor block in water or under running
water.
Do not use scourers, cleaning products or fluids such as alcohol, petrol and acetone to clean the appliance.
The appliance is easier to clean if this is done immediately after use.
GUARANTEE
Your guarantee starts on the day of purchase and is valid for 2 years and will only apply after submitting the
purchase invoice. The guarantee will expire irrevocably and immediately when the mixer is used for purposes
other than domestic (i.e. professional).
• The guarantee covers every repair and/or replacement free of charge of the parts recognized defective by
our technical department and if the damage is due to faulty manufacture, construction or material. Parts
subject to wear are not covered by the guarantee. (for ex. Accessories: beaters, kneeding hooks, metal mixing
bar, mashing disk, mayonnaise cup)
• The guarantee is only valid for the original user.
• Carriage, both ways, is for the purchaser's account.
The guarantee expires in the following cases :

Incorrect connection, e.g. electric voltages.

Abnormal use, misuse handling, lack of care.

Unsatisfactory or wrong maintenance
-
Modifications or repairs made to the appliance by persons not authorized by us as manufacturer.

When reference numbers altered or removed.
