k) Weather forecast
• The projection radio alarm clock contains a pressure-sensitive sensor for the weath-
er forecast of the next 12 to 24 hours.
• There are also two options for selecting the colour for the display lighting.
You can choose between the modes "FORECAST" and "DEMO".
• In the weather forecast mode "FORECAST", the colour will change automatically, ad-
justing to the current weather. The colours are assigned as follows:
Display
• In demo mode "DEMO", the colours will automatically switch through.
• To switch between the two modes, push the switch "FORECAST/DEMO" (B6) into the
desired position. It is located at the rear below the battery compartment lid.
For the colour to change, reception of the RCC signal must not be active. In
that mode, the display is always green.
The accuracy of a general pressure-based weather forecast is at 70% to 75%.
l) Switching the DCF signal on and off
• To switch off the DCF signal (RCC), push the button "RCC" (B2) for approx. 8 seconds.
It is located at the rear below the battery compartment lid. Release the button when
the display shows "OFF".
• To switch on the DCF signal (RCC), push the button "RCC" (B2) for approx. 8 seconds
again. Release the button when the display shows "ON".
• If you push the button "RCC" (B2) only briefly, you will start DCF reception manually.
