5. Safety Notices
The guarantee/warranty will be void if damage is incurred resulting from
non-compliance with these operating instructions. We will not assume
any responsibility for consequential damage!
Nor do we assume liability for damage to property or personal injury,
caused by improper use or failure to observe the safety instructions. In
such cases the guarantee/warranty will be void.
a) General Information
Do not use this product in hospitals or medical institutions. The product does only emit relatively
weak radio signals. These radio signals could, however, lead to malfunctions in life-supporting
systems. The same may possibly apply to other areas.
The unauthorized conversion and/or modification of the product is prohibited for safety and
approval reasons (CE).
Operate the product in dry indoor locations only. It must not get damp or wet.
The product is not a toy; it is not suitable for children.
Do not leave packaging material unattended. It may become a dangerous toy for children.
Handle the product with care. It can be damaged through impact, blows or when dropped even from
a low height.
b) Batteries and Rechargeable Batteries
• Keep batteries/rechargeable batteries out of the reach of children.
• Make sure to insert the batteries/rechargeable batteries with the correct polarity.
• Do not let batteries/rechargeable batteries lie around openly. There is a risk of batteries being
swallowed by children or pets. If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
• Leaking or damaged batteries/rechargeable batteries may cause acid burns when coming into
contact with ski. Use suitable protective gloves.
• Do not short-circuit batteries/rechargeable batteries or throw them into fire. There is a danger of
explosion!
• Never dismantle batteries/rechargeable batteries!
