SAFETY
Cooking time limiter
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons
(including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience
and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
• As soon as you switch off the cooking zone, the
activity of the heating element automatically stops.
However, the heating element and the glass plate
will remain hot for a long time. Do not touch the hob
and remove the pan from the cooking zone.
• Accustom yourself to stop the cooking zone or hob
manually to avoid unintended switching on of the
ceramic hob.
• The appliance is not intended to be operated by
means of an external timer or separate remote-
control system.
• The cooking time limiter is a safety function of your cooking
appliance. It will operate if you forget to switch off your hob.
• Depending on the setting you have chosen, the cooking time will be
limited as follows:
