This value is used to set the relative humidity at which relay F1 should switch on.

The function REL F1 delay sets the switch-on delay for the relay F1.
This setting prevents frequent switching of the relay F1, if with slightly fl uctuating
humidity values, the setpoints F1 ON or F1 OFF have almost the same values.
