7. TAKING OUT OF SERVICE
Switching off and storage

If the appliance will not be used for several months, first switch it off and then pull the plug out of the socket.

Make sure the appliance is completely thawed.
•
Clean the inside thoroughly and wipe dry. To prevent the formation of odours and moulds, leave the door open:

Clean the door gasket groove with soap and water and wipe everything dry with a soft cloth.

Do not use a hard brush, steel brush, detergent, soap powder, alkaline detergent, benzene, gasoline, acids, hot
water or other corrosive or soluble substances to clean the appliance.

Store the cleaned appliance in a dry, ventilated place, away from a heat source. Make sure the appliance is on
a level surface and do not place heavy objects on top.

The appliance in storage must not be accessible to children playing.
