Use
ATTENTION!
■
The blades in the inserts are sharp! Be careful when handling the inserts in order to
prevent any cuts. You should only ever touch them by the plastic parts.
■
Danger of injury due to rotating device parts! Keep clothing, jewellery, hair, hands
and other body parts away from the device so that nothing can get caught in rotating
device parts.
■
Always remove the mains plug from the plug socket before you remove and / or attach
any accessories.
■
Make sure that the device remains stable during operation.
■
The device may not be moved or transported while it is switched on.
■
Do not use the device for longer than 1 minute without interruption to prevent
overheating. Then let the device cool down for a short while before you use it again.
1. Place the collecting container (5) on a dry, even and fi rm surface.
2. Place the lid with the cutting insert holder (4) on the collecting container (5) and press
it on fi rmly.
3. Place the cutting insert you want (6, 7, 8) in the cutting insert holder (4). Make sure
that it fi ts correctly.
4. Place the rotary disc (2) onto the mount on the motor unit (1).
5. Fix one end of the vegetables that you want to cut up on the skewer spikes on the
rotary disc (2).
6. Connect the device to a plug socket that is properly installed and matches the
technical data of the device (see the "Technical Data" chapter).
7. Place the other end of the vegetables on the cutting insert (6, 7, 8).
8. Press the On / Off switch (9) on the motor unit (1) and hold it down.
9. The rotary movement cuts up the vegetables. Feed them in slowly and without any
pressure until they have been fully cut up.
10. To switch off the device, let go of the On / Off switch (9). Remove the mains plug from
the plug socket.
11. Carefully remove the cutting insert (6, 7, 8). Do not reach into the blades when
you do this!
If you want to keep the chopped vegetables in the collecting container (5)
for a short while, place the storage lid (3) into the cutting insert holder (4).
Rotate it clockwise until you hear it lock in place. Turn it anticlockwise to open
it again.
Note: The container is not suitable for storing food over a long period of time
as it does not have an airtight seal.
12. Remove the lid (4). You can now remove your chopped vegetables from the collecting
container (5).
