GB WOOD-WORKING MACHINE
A. Safety instructions and Accident Prevention
1. Safety devices
Do not repair,maintane or install the machine without having removed the safety
devices,and make sure to cut the power off (unplug the machine).
Only turn off the switch is not enough for cutting off the power.
After finished your work and before restart the machine,make sure to adjust the safety devices to its start position.
2. Operator
During operating the saw, misuse will result in danger. So only let appropriate staff operate the machine.No one under the age of 16
shoud be allowed to operate the saw.(see the Third chapter"operating Instructions".)
Personal protection must be assured by wearing safety apparels, goggles and aural protecting devices, such as earplug.
3. Working areas and installation of the machine The machine should be installed on smooth and solid floor with enough stretching
space. Eliminate all the barriers on the workplace. So that the wood can be conveyed smoothly. Avoid slippery floor conditions by
scattering sand or other substances.
The wood chips and sawdust could be cleaned timely.
4. Preparation
Notice the running direction of the saw before it starts to work. The arrow shows the running direction of the saw
(facing the operator side ). See the Third chapter "Operating Instruction".
B. Instructions
Note:
1. Make sure that the brake switch is working properly, you must use the five-pin cable.
2. Never restart the machine during braking.
3. Be attentive to the direction of operation of the machine and adjust the plug connection with the exchange of meaning.
1. Do not use the machine until you have read and fully understand the instructions.
a) Before connecting the machine to the power, make sure first that it is not damaged and that all screws are tight.
b) Also make sure that the cable is not damaged (scratches or cracks).
c) Ensure that there is no dirt or other things that could jump start the machine.
d) Remove any objects near the machine may be affected by the moving blade.
2. The operator must have sufficient knowledge of the tool. Anyone under 16 should not be allowed to use the machine. Never use the
machine when you are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, etc..
3. Do not use this machine for inadequate or inconsistent with the recommended in this manual "operating instructions" work.
4. Be sure to follow the rules of safety, accident prevention, use, operation and maintenance / repair. Any changes to the machine must
be authorized in writing by our company.
5. Never leave the machine without turning off the power first (unplug). Never allow unqualified staff handle the machine.
Quality Assurance:
The duration of the guarantee of the quality of equipment and the motor is limited to 24 months. Easily damaging parts, such as blades,
are not restricted by this limited time.
This style of saw is equipped with a high performance engine. The blade is driven by the motor and is fixed to the engine by the locking
flange and the flange to key, so it can not slide. The machine frame is flat metal treated by electrophoresis. The operating system of the
saw relieves the labor force.
Note:
The diameter of the elongated cable is 1.5 mm2, if the length exceeds 20m, its diameter is 2mm2.
Make sure you turn off the power during braking. Startup takes at least 1 minute!
Instructions:
The structure of the passage of the log hook style reversed. This style is used to prevent the log from sliding during labor. Push the
switch to log in using your right hand until the machine begins to work (arrow A). If you press the shift of the log with your leg, you can
ease the labor of your right arm.
When you push the switch to forward logs, the blade is driven by its system of protection, she moved back into the starting position (the
blade is completely covered).
