Step 1:
- Switch the device off and remove the plug from the socket!
- Open the filter cover by tilting the cover forwards
- Take the old filter out by pulling the white strips
Step 2:
- carefully remove all of the packaging material from the new filter block
- Slide the filter block carefully into place: the grey PCO filter must face inwards, the white
HEPA filter must face outwards.
Step 3:
- Click the filter cover back into place. The magnetic strips make it easy to close.
Problems and Solutions
Always switch the device off and remove the plug from the socket before executing the

- Check that the filters are clean
- Check the air inlet and outlet opening for obstructions
- Check the power supply and the fuses/earth leak switch
- Check whether the device is touching any objects
- Check whether the filter block is blocked and must be
replaced
- The foam strip around the filter block is incorrectly
fastened
- The device is unstable or not completely horizontal
