Assembly the meat grinder as below picture C
Change the filter (No.3) with Sausage Feeder, the Sausage Maker will be ready.

BASE RECIPES TIPS:
Kneading hook
*** Ingredients:
Max 1000g strong white bread flour; 700ml water
(flour weight : water weight= 1 : 0.7)
*** Operation:
** Lock well the lid into body
** Insert Kneading hook into body, sure it is inserted well.
** Put the strong white bread flour into mixing bowl and then the
remaining ingredients
** Start the stirrer for 15 seconds at slow speed
** Approximately 3-5 minutes on a faster till to 1/3 max speed
( operation time depends on kinds of food and volume)
